This notice applies to the Yaqina preview website. No payments or donations are processed on this site.

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect: your email; your first name (optional); the button or section you signed up from (source); which project you expressed interest in, if any (project_interest); the signup timestamp; and the timestamp and version of the consent text and privacy notice you accepted (consent_at, consent_text_version, privacy_version).

We use your email to send updates about Yaqina and upcoming project launches. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the required checkbox in the signup form.

Before broader email updates, we may ask you to confirm your email address.

The site is hosted on Lovable (deployed to Cloudflare's edge network). Waitlist data is stored in Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase database). Standard server access logs may be created by the hosting provider.

Fonts and map data are served locally as part of the website. The site does not load Google Fonts or jsDelivr assets in the visitor's browser.

This site does not set cookies or write to localStorage / sessionStorage from app code.

We retain waitlist data until the waitlist is no longer needed, you withdraw consent, or you request deletion.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (GDPR Art. 15–21). To exercise any right, email atlasofgood@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Bremen: Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.

We do not sell personal data.
